The general guidelines and objectives that guide the company’s management in relation to quality are set out in its Quality Policy.
These guidelines are as follows:
- Compliance with product, customer, legal and regulatory requirements of the company.
- Maintain and increase customer satisfaction.
- Continuous process improvement.
- Eliminate the costs derived from Non-Quality.
- To achieve the involvement of all members of the organization in the processes related to Quality.
The general quality objectives that SDAD. COOP. VIRGIN OF ARGAMASA aims to achieve with the application in daily practice of the guidelines defined in its Quality Policy, are the following: The main objective of Quality is to achieve CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
The fulfillment of this objective requires the fulfillment of other objectives such as:
- Establish a management and control system to continuously improve production processes.
- Achieve a final product in accordance with the established requirements.
- To achieve the identification and commitment of all the members of the SDAD. COOP. VIRGIN OF ARGAMASA with the company’s Quality Policy and to develop a participative Quality Management that takes advantage of the capabilities of the entire workforce.
- Continuously improve all processes by increasing process efficiency and eliminating non-quality costs.
